We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruitment Specialist to join our team on-site in Davao. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates. A key responsibility will be organizing and conducting job caravans, job fairs, and other recruitment events to attract top talent in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to job offer and onboarding.
• Organize and participate in job caravans, job fairs, and other recruitment events in Davao and nearby areas.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with local schools, government agencies, and community organizations to widen candidate pipelines.
• Conduct initial interviews, administer assessments, and endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and prepare recruitment reports.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a BPO or high-volume hiring environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel within Davao and nearby provinces for recruitment events.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, social media platforms, and sourcing techniques.
• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with large groups of candidates.
