Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Development
- Create and oversee high-quality content for blogs, newsletters, marketing communications, automation, and other communication channels.
- Ensure content aligns with brand tone, style, and messaging.
2. Campaign Management
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO, PPC, events).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to meet KPIs.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop engaging content and visuals.
3. Digital Marketing
- Oversee website content updates, ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report digital performance.
4. Relationship Building
- Liaise with vendors, agencies, affiliates, and third-party partners to execute campaigns.
5. Performance Analysis
- Measure ROI of campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide detailed reports to management with insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Strategic Marketing
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, CRM systems, marketing automation
- software).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of video editing and production is a plus.
