Role Overview:

As a Telemarketing Agent at EmpowerU, Inc., you'll be at the forefront of our client engagement efforts. Your mission will be to reach out to potential customers, enlighten them about the value of our products and services, and encourage their participation in our informative webinars and seminars. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client relationships, setting the stage for meaningful interactions and long-term engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to registered clients to promote products or services to ensure clients will attend the webinar
  • Generate leads for rebooking (no-show and canceled clients) and follow up on inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and activities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly productivity, confirm to attend and show-up rate as targets and/or KPIs.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Plan, organize, and execute online webinars, ensuring smooth operation and high engagement.
  • Manage webinar logistics such as scheduling, registration, and attendee communication.
  • Monitor and address chat queries during webinars in real time.
  • Ensure client attendance and participation are tracked and reported accurately.
  • Create and distribute webinar invitations such as SMS and mailbox management
  • Ensure Salesforce CRM is updated with accurate and current information.
  • Track and report on telemarketing and webinar activities through Salesforce, Sheets and Pipedrive.
  • Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in all telemarketing and webinar activities.
  • Ensure all customer information and transactions comply with data protection and privacy laws.
  • Maintain high productivity levels by efficiently managing time and resources.
  • Assist management with various tasks and projects as needed.
  • Provide support to other team members and departments to ensure overall business objectives are met.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • A bachelor's degree holder with at least 2 years of call center experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or customer service.
  • Exceptional English communication skills with a knack for persuasive conversation.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, with Salesforce experience being a significant plus.
  • A dedicated professional, ready to work weekends and public holidays, with an immediate availability to start.
