Job Description

1. Participate in infrastructure testing, including performance automation, stability testing, functional testing, API testing, unit testing, etc.

2. Serve as the Quality Assurance Owner for key projects, manage project risks and quality, act as the technical lead for testing, and take end-to-end responsibility.

3. Deeply engage in team quality assurance improvements and efficiency enhancements, identify existing quality and efficiency issues in the QA process, and implement improvements.

4. Continuously explore and introduce industry-leading testing technologies and methodologies—especially AI-assisted testing—to help the team improve development quality and efficiency.

5. Optimize testing tools and methodologies, including but not limited to developing new testing tools and platforms, maintaining existing tools and platforms, and boosting testing efficiency.

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, computer science, or a related field.

2. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, or PHP.

3. At least 3 years of experience in software development or automation test development.

4. Expertise in API automation and UI automation; experience in setting up continuous integration and test platforms is a plus.

5. Familiarity with Linux.

6. Strong communication and learning abilities, team-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative; able to work under significant pressure.

7. Strong business acumen with proven experience in problem identification and resolution.
