1. Bachelor's or Master's degree from a key university (985 or 211), with preference for fields such as Artificial Intelligence, AI Algorithms, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science;
2. At least 3 years of experience in the big data industry, with a solid foundation in algorithms and computer skills;
3. Reliable and hardworking, with a good ability to get along with others and communicate efficiently;
4. Ability to share and explain successful case studies;
5. Distributed work environment with remote capabilities.
