1. Understand the latest investment and financing market conditions in the blockchain sector, and have conducted basic research on popular projects in trending fields.

2. Preference will be given to candidates with work experience closely related to the blockchain industry, such as blockchain consulting, blockchain primary market investment firms, and blockchain think tanks.

3. Possess analytical and judgment capabilities regarding enterprises, products, and policies, and be familiar with the cryptocurrency industry. Candidates with a strong understanding of overseas technology communities and extensive investment experience will be prioritized.

4. Demonstrate excellent logical analysis, financial analysis skills, and technical development abilities.

5. Preference will be given to those with experience in investing in digital assets.
