Recording and monitoring daily financial transactions (income and expenses).
Preparing and reconciling monthly and annual financial reports.
Managing payments to suppliers and collections from customers.
Organizing administration of invoices, receipts, and other supporting documents.
Managing petty cash and conducting periodic reporting.
Cooperating with sales and warehouse departments to ensure accurate financial data.
Preparing data for audit purposes and tax reporting.
Developing the operational budget and monitoring its realization.
Keeping financial records and company documents organized and secure.

Minimum education of high school/vocational school, D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial administration (preferably from the retail industry).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot, basic formulas).
Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work independently or in a team.
Possesses good communication and organizational skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
