Prepare Purchase Request
Prepare a Request for Payment and attach the necessary attachments.
Prepare a liquidation summary of field personnel
Encode the comparison of the bill of materials
Coordinate with subcontractors and COOP and request documents needed for RFP
Follow up the approval of RFP and release of payments to Subcon
Other Administrative work (checking of emails and coordinate with other project coordinator)
In charge of the issuance of Petty Cash and preparing the liquidation
Compiles technical reports i.e. PAT docs.
Prepares technical drawings, datasheets, and AutoCAD (TSSR & SLD).
Assist in the documentation for ISDP
Assist in monitoring ISDP teams.
Conduct site system visits, and testing, and oversee final inspection of the job.
Develops and maintains technical databases
Sources technical documents, information, and drawings.
Prepare Pre-PAT and PAT.

College Graduate of Electrical Engineering or any related course.
Relevant technical certificate.
Proficiency with basic computer programs including MS Office and database systems.
Working knowledge of email systems, computer hardware, and peripherals.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under strict supervision.
Ability to read and interpret technical data.
Good time-management skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
