Description
- Design and develop architectural plans and blueprints.
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and preferences.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

- Conduct site visits to assess progress and resolve issues.
- Utilize software tools for design and presentations.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in architectural design.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Modeling, SketchUp, and various architectural design software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Create architectural plans, collaborate with clients, and oversee project development.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with site visits; may involve long hours to meet deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and creativity.
- Must be licensed
