We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about providing excellent service and support. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year and 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role (preferably in a BPO setting), and is capable of handling inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.

You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering clear, accurate, and timely assistance via voice, chat, or email support, depending on the account.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers
• Address customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints effectively
• Provide product or service information accurately
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the first contact whenever possible
• Follow standard procedures and documentation requirements
• Meet performance targets such as CSAT, AHT, and quality metrics
• Collaborate with team leaders and QA for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year and 6 months of BPO or customer service experience
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• High school graduate (college level or graduate is a plus)
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple systems at once
