  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve inquiries.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years (Entry-level position; no experience required).
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency; excellent communication skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle stress effectively.
