  • We are seeking a dedicated Employment Lawyer to support our overseas recruitment and deployment operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all legal transactions are compliant with Philippine labor laws, POEA/DMW regulations, and international standards, while safeguarding both the company and the workers we deploy abroad. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth, lawful, and efficient processes for employees bound for overseas assignments.


  • Draft, review, and validate employment contracts for overseas deployment in compliance with Philippine labor laws and POEA/DMW regulations.
  • Provide legal guidance on international labor and immigration requirements affecting Filipino workers.
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies (DMW, POEA, DOLE, embassies, consulates) to ensure smooth processing of documents.
  • Manage legal compliance related to recruitment, deployment, and employment of workers abroad.
  • Advise management on labor law matters, risk exposure, and contract negotiations with foreign principals.
  • Handle legal issues related to employee rights, disputes, and contract enforcement.
  • Ensure company policies and practices are aligned with local and international legal standards.
  • Prepare and maintain legal documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. or J.D.) and licensed to practice in the Philippines.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of legal practice, preferably in labor/employment law or with an overseas recruitment/manning agency.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, POEA/DMW regulations, and international deployment requirements.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. 


Preferred Experience

  • Prior work with recruitment agencies, manning agencies, or firms handling overseas employment.
  • Exposure to cross-border employment contracts and immigration matters
