Description
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School education is required.
- Experience Level: Preferably with minimum of 6 months BPO Experience; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, ability to function as a team player, and a strong work ethic.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be friendly, patient, adaptable, and possess excellent communication skills.
