Description
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience needed but must be proficient in English.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills and proficiency in English.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, possible shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
