We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals to be part of our Sales Tech Support team. As a CSR, you will handle product inquiries, technical issues, and account concerns while recommending solutions that best meet customer needs. Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, and delivering excellent support.

• At least 6 months to 1 year of BPO or customer service experience (preferably in sales, technical support, or product accounts).
• Strong English communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to explain technical details clearly and guide customers step by step.
• Familiarity with sales processes, upselling, and cross-selling techniques is an advantage.
• Proficient in computer navigation, CRM tools, multitasking, and data entry.
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• High level of adaptability, problem-solving, and integrity.
