Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in English.
  • Provide timely and accurate information about products, services, orders, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and updates.
  • Achieve performance goals related to customer satisfaction and response times.

Requirements

  • Completed at least 2nd year of college (no failing subjects)
  • Minimum 6 months of BPO experience
  • Conversational Spanish communication skills (verbal and written)
