Key Responsibilities:

• Global Payroll Operations: Oversee global payroll processing, ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Leadership: Lead a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure high-performance standards.
• Process Improvement: Analyze and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance payroll accuracy.
• Compliance: Ensure global payroll compliance with tax laws, labor laws, and other regulatory requirements.
• Audit and Risk Management: Coordinate internal and external audits, identifying and mitigating potential payroll risks.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with global payroll vendors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance.
• Financial Reporting: Provide financial reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Project Management: Lead special projects, such as payroll system implementations, mergers and acquisitions, and process re-engineering.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in global payroll management, leadership role.
• Certifications: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Certified Global Payroll Professional (CGPP), or equivalent certification is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of global payroll regulations, laws, and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with global payroll systems, such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of cloud-based payroll solutions.
• Experience with payroll compliance in multiple countries.
