Description
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Change bed linens and towels regularly.
- Restock essential supplies and toiletries.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in general cleaning and maintenance; strong customer service orientation.
- Working Conditions: Indoor and outdoor environments, flexible hours including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and friendly demeanor with a proactive attitude.
