Description
- Oversee recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and training programs.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Handle conflict resolution and maintain workplace culture.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, employee relations, payroll management, and effective presentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with leadership development abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong organizational and leadership skills.
