Requirements

- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in employee relations, talent acquisition, and management. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, effective leadership, and excellent interpersonal skills are vital.
