Develop and manage project schedules.
Analyze progress and forecast project timelines.
Collaborate with project teams to coordinate activities.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Assist in resource allocation and budgeting.
Develops, monitors, and manages schedules and plans for engineering and construction projects
Coordinating with teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to highly quality standards
Can use project management software, analyze project progress, identify issues, and communicate with stakeholders.
Can help prepare contract documents and cost estimates.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience in planning and engineering roles.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Primavera P6, BIM software, quality management, and process improvements.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee project planning, ensure quality standards, and lead project teams.
Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional site visits; may require extended hours.
Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented, and innovative thinker.
