Description

  • Assist in procurement processes and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Handle purchase orders, ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Maintain and update purchasing databases and records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
  • Research and evaluate suppliers for cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate
  • At least 1 year of experience in Purchasing or planning
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PPT)
  • Knowledgeable in ERP System
  • Knowledgeable in Basics of Planning
  • Knowledgeable on Purchase requisition/Purchase order
  • Excellent communication skills
