Description

Assist in procurement activities by sourcing and purchasing supplies.
Maintain and update purchase orders and vendor records.
Analyze purchase requisitions and ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments for smooth operations.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
Prepare reports on purchasing metrics for management review.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.
Skills and Competencies: Strong time management, inventory and vendor management, problem-solving, excellent communication, negotiating, and canvassing skills.
Working Conditions: Office environment with standard business hours; occasional overtime may be required.
Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to work effectively in a team.
