Job Overview
We're on the lookout for a Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, from rank-and-file roles to leadership positions. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has great communication skills, and preferably has exposure to the IT industry.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs
- Source candidates through various platforms including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and culture fit
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Proven experience in end-to-end hiring, including volume and specialized roles
- Experience in the IT industry is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools is a plus
