1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction and engineering sectors.
2. Promote Z4 Ventures Inc. products such as screen pipes, submersible cables, valves, and other construction-related items.
3. Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.
4. Meet sales targets and report updates to the management.
5. Represent the company professionally during client meetings or site visits.
6. Coordinate with internal staff for quotations, product availability, and deliveries.
7. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor products.

Compensation:

1. Commission-based

Educational Background:

• At least a high school graduate; college degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.

Sales Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year sales experience, preferably in construction materials, industrial products, or related industries.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build client relationships and close deals
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Good time management and organizational skills

Technical Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of construction-related products is an advantage
• Familiarity with sales processes, quotations, and client handling

Other Requirements:

• Has own smartphone/laptop with internet access
• Willing to work remotely and on flexible hours
• With existing network or willing to build client base
• Can work on commission-based setup
