Description
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash, card, and digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock replenishment, and ensure product displays are neat and organized.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store at all times.
- Support regular sales promotions and in-store marketing activities.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Store Supervisor/Manager.
Requirements
- At least Senior High School graduate / College level.
- With previous experience in retail is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Customer-oriented and sales-driven.
