Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, Chemical Engineering, BioChemistry, or any science related courses.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and sales management skills, proficient in CRM software, excellent in lead generation, and cold calling.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, would require daily travel and varying hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, teamwork, relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
