Description

  • Manage schedules: Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Document management: Maintain and organize files, records, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports: Assist in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Office management: Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning.
  • Client relations: Greet visitors, schedule meetings, and maintain a professional environment.
  • Support executives or team members: Provide administrative assistance to executives or other team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma required; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is beneficial.
