Description
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements in all supply chain processes.
- Forecast demand and plan supply needs in collaboration with sales and operations teams.
- Oversee logistics operations including shipping, receiving, transportation, and delivery schedules.
- Use ERP and supply chain software to monitor metrics and streamline processes.
- Lead and mentor supply chain staff, fostering a high-performance team culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 - 3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management (importation)
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
