2. Building & Facility Maintenance

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of critical facility systems.
• Ensure proper operation of pumps, motors, generators, electrical panels, and other essential equipment.
• Respond efficiently to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.

3. Safety & Compliance

• Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with industry safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and servicing.

4. Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with the maintenance team and other departments to maintain operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and servicing.
• Provide recommendations for equipment upgrades and system improvements.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in maintenance, preferably in a facility or industrial environment.
