Description
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance dining experience.
- Take and accurately record customer orders.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Ensure cleanliness of tables and dining area.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery.
- Assist in training new staff as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer-oriented skills, good communication, and teamwork abilities.
