Description
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance dining experience.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area.
- Assist with menu recommendations and answer questions.
- Handle payments and process transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill orders.
Requirements
- Job Title: Waiter
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and hospitality skills, proficient in waitering, customer-oriented with experience in quick service restaurants.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide excellent customer service, take orders accurately, serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, may require long hours on feet.
