Description
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance dining experience.
- Take and accurately relay orders to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Process payments and manage cash drawer.
- Assist in training new staff as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in waitering preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent communication, hospitality, and customer-oriented service.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, possible evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, team player, and able to work under pressure.
