Description

  • Conducting outreach via phone, email, and SMS to coordinate interviews and hiring opportunities.
  • Managing employer relationships to enhance job posting effectiveness and hiring success.
  • Tracking and improving hiring metrics, including interview-to-offer and offer-to-hire ratios.


Job Seeker Support:

  • Proactively recommend opportunities to the candidates and emphasize job listing benefits
  • Review candidate profiles and resumes submitted by job seekers
  • Look for current openings or job postings that fit the job seeker’s profile and qualifications
  • Understand the job seekers’ strengths and opportunities and help them be better fit for the job by recommending resume and profile improvements, etc.
  • Explain the requirements of the employers to job seekers


Employer Support:

  • Approach all tasks with a mindset of putting ourselves in the customer’s position and making every effort to solve their hiring challenges effectively.
  • Strongly recommend candidates and the service to employers, always considering their hiring needs and challenges.
  • Convince employers to retain their accounts and job listings, and encourage them to expand their hiring by understanding their goals and concerns.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between employers and job seekers with attention to employer preferences and availability.
  • Assist employers in arranging interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience.
  • Ensure that competent and qualified candidates are regularly submitted

Requirements

● Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center (Voice or Voice + Non-voice) in B2B Sales or Saas environment and customer care operation with no less than 1 year of tenure in any employer in the past 2 years.

● Demonstrated experience in driving customer and client satisfaction

● Experience in independently managing tasks end-to-end

● Self-starter with a start-up mindset

● Excellent and Strong conversational English communication skills

● Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks using multiple tools and systems


Preferred Qualifications

● At least 3 years of solid experience in B2B Sales, Saas

● Customer Success Experience in handling SaaS systems

● Experience in selling SaaS systems and customer management
