The Role

We currently seek to fill the role of Campaigns Officer who will have the chance to make a civic impact in the Philippines and grow a career in a young non-profit. The work is hybrid and will be mostly on a work-from-home arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, curate and manage content for the website, and social media of Create Foundation, for the primary purpose of campaigning for our advocacy, programs, and projects.
• Strategize the design, writing, curation, and management of online content of the foundation based on its branding identity and media ethics.
• Grow, organically and constantly, the online community of Create Foundation.
• Be adept at reading. analyzing, and reporting the online content engagement of Create Foundation to management.
• Take initiative and be innovative in pursuing ideas pertinent to making the campaigns of Create Foundation clear and engaging.
• Help the Executive Director to write and send regular newsletters to Create Foundation’s partners.
• Design and produce assets for Create Foundation.
• Take charge in the organization, safekeeping, and managing of files and accounts related to the foundation’s assets and campaigns such as online pages and applications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing, branding, and campaigns of Create Foundation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any marketing, communications, graphic design, or website design course
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply especially those with substantial portfolio
• Skilled in graphic design and excellent in writing online content
• Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
• Can manage distinctively, based on target consumers, the Facebook Page and LinkedIn Page of Create Foundation, and possibly additional other social media in due course
• Ability to edit a website on Wix a big plus
• Can demonstrate work-from-home reliability and outputs
• Has a strong commitment to work in a non-profit start-up setting
• Shares the development advocacy and core values of Create Foundation
