Greet customers warmly and assist with drop-off and pick-up of laundry orders.
Process transactions, including payments, refunds, and loyalty rewards.
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding services, pricing, and turnaround times.
Track and update customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Assist with light administrative tasks, such as data entry and inventory checks.
Upsell additional services (e.g., dry cleaning, special care treatments) when appropriate.

Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, email, etc.).
Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
