Description

  • Knowledge of health care terminology is helpful.
  • Able to organize and keep the patient's records and schedule on time
  • Problem-solving skills, relationship-building skills, and adaptability.
  • Able to follow up on the schedule of the patient who missed the appointment.
  • Able to update the patient on their appointment and send reminders on time.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are an advantage
  • With a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
  • Basic computer program knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Clerical or administrative experience is a plus.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Amenable to work in the graveyard shift and on-site
  • Must be willing to relocate near the location
