Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language communication, both written and verbal; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
