  • 1. Customer Assistance & Issue Resolution:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive experience.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or specialized departments when necessary.
  • 2. Product & Service Knowledge:
  • Provide accurate information about company products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Guide customers through product features, troubleshooting steps, or account setup.
  • Stay updated on new products, updates, and industry trends to improve service quality.
  • 3. Order & Account Management:
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
  • Handle billing inquiries, refunds, and basic account updates.
  • Verify customer information and ensure data accuracy.
  • 4. Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk).
  • Provide feedback to the management team on recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements.
  • Contribute to creating FAQ content or knowledge base articles to improve self-service options.
  • 5. Customer Retention & Satisfaction:
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and improve retention.
  • Assist in customer surveys and collecting feedback for service improvement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus).
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for technical support roles (if applicable).
