Description

  • Manage scheduling/arranging meetings, sending invitations and reminders. Coordinating
  • The schedule with the rest of the office staff
  • Schedules and participates internal and external meetings and take notes on action items and minutes
  • Manages multiple calendars with meetings on scheduled on different time zones
  • Monitors status of tasks of the corporate team members and ensures these are completed on the set deadline
  • Prepares and sends contracts to clients
  • Updates and maintains policies and procedures, files, records, certificates, and/or other office documents
  • Assists in special projects, creates reports, conducts online research,
  • Communication news and events of the Managers business and documentary schedule
  • Provides administrative support to various departments to ensure efficient office operations

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in field;
  • College Degree
