Job Summary

The role focuses on ensuring effective in-store execution, inventory control, relationship management, and sales support in modern trade stores, aligned with brand standards and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. In-store Execution & Merchandising
2. Ensure proper product placement and promotional setup as per company standards.
3. Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution and compliance.
4. Stock Management & Inventory Control
5. Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
6. Coordinate with teams and stores for timely deliveries and inventory validation.
7. Relationship Management
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
9. Resolve in-store issues and align store priorities with internal teams.
10. Market Intelligence
11. Perform competitor analysis and report on consumer trends and pricing changes.
12. Promotional Activities & Reporting
13. Execute in-store promotions and report on performance metrics and effectiveness.
14. Sales Support
15. Support sales goals through optimized shelf management and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Knows how to drive motorcycle.
• Bachelor's Degree Graduate; Business related
• At least 1 year experience; FMCG or retailers
• With Sales experience in FMCG industry particularly Modern Trade Account;
• Strong knowledge in-store execution practices;
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative;
• Proficiency in using basic office software (MS Office, Excel) and reporting tools.
