Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, strong communication skills, and a working knowledge of HRIS systems. This role is essential in supporting both employees and management in HR-related matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.


Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews
  • Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and communication
  • Assist with conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records using an HRIS system
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as needed

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Support payroll processing and ensure data accuracy
  • Assist with benefits enrollment, administration, and employee questions
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on compensation matters

Performance Management & Training

  • Support performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes
  • Coordinate employee training and development activities
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of performance reviews

Offboarding & Exit Management

  • Facilitate employee resignations, terminations, and exit interviews
  • Ensure proper clearance procedures are followed
  • Analyze exit data for insights and improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of HR generalist experience handling end-to-end HR functions
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, ADP, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
