Description

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain POS systems, printers, and other store equipment.
  • Troubleshoot internet connectivity and system errors.
  • Perform regular system updates and backups.
  • Monitor and maintain store security systems (CCTV, alarms).
  • Collaborate with external vendors for major repairs or system upgrades.
  • Train staff on basic IT procedures and system use.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, networking, and common software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Flexible schedule to address urgent technical issues, including weekends if necessary.
