Description

  • Lead the Learning & Development function for the organization, ensuring training programs align with business goals and employee growth
  • Design and implement end-to-end training strategies for both new hires and existing employees
  • Collaborate with business leaders and department heads to identify skills gaps and development needs
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using data-driven insights
  • Oversee the performance and development of training teams, including trainers, facilitators, and coordinators
  • Drive the adoption of innovative learning methods and technologies to enhance employee engagement and performance
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and industry training standards and policies


Requirements

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR – Learning & Development
  • At least 5–7 years of experience as an HR Manager focusing on Training & Development in a BPO environment
