• As a Medical Representative for the hospital, you are responsible for representing the company’s services to corporate clients, and physicians to establish long-term relationships with them.
• The Medical Representative is responsible for driving sales performance and ensuring sales forecasts and assigned budgets are met.
• The Medical Representative will also act as the hospital's primary lead generator for new corporate accounts, clinic tie-ups, and other group partnerships.
• Undergo and complete all training requirements by the company and should be familiarized with the company products.
• Ability to engage in dialogue with companies and clinic owners about the hospital's services.
• Possess an assertive, motivated, dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• You will work closely with the Supervisor/Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales in the assigned area. This role will require extensive travel throughout the assigned area.
• Flexible and willing to do fieldwork. Engage directly with potential and existing clients at community events, health fairs, and other venues to promote hospital services.
• Regularly report on sales activities and achievements, providing insights into patient needs and market dynamics.
• Undertake additional tasks as directed by supervisors, contributing to the team’s overall success.
