Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to execute the process and drive the performance of the team on the key metrics of the process. 


Requirements

Work Arrangement: Onsite (Cebu City)

Shift Schedule: US Business hours


Educational Requirement:

At least 2nd year completed college undergrad (no back subjects)



Work Experience:

  • 2+ years exp as Team Lead in BPO in a Sales account handling voice agents
  • *Quota metric
  • Preferably can start immediately
