• Perform functional tests of board and system level products

• Test and troubleshoot board failures

• Sets up and operates machines/equipment/fixtures needed to perform repair and testing process

• To keep track for any defective or stock rotation return from customers in any channel

• Picking, packing products for RMA

• Check and record RMA inventory (includes: Demo units & Marketing materials) instock on a regular basis

• To assist Visayas distributors RMA process as problem arises

• To conduct burn-in test for all demo units prior to releasing and upon returning

• To conduct basic troubleshooting

• To conduct sales & technical training to clients

• Follows all corporate, safety and production procedure and regulations and maintains a clean and orderly workstation. Adheres to the company standards and  regulations.

• BS in Engineering/IT graduates

• Demonstrate ability related to engineering principles

• With prior experience or training to CCTV or any related industry

• Experience using test instruments like Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Power Supplies, etc.

• Well-developed computer application skills on Adobe design and/or any design software's, CAD & Microsoft Office Package

• Fresh graduates are welcome to applyKnowledge of Financial Services industry and/or Banking Operations.

• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders across business and technology domains.

• With knowledge and experience of all application layers – API, Backend, and UI

• With knowledge and experience of SOAP and REST APIs and the ability to understand XML + Schemas and JSON

• With knowledge and experience of SQL, SQL server, Technical Design – current and future state, advance processing modelling – UML, Data Analysis, Testing & Debugging

• Previous Dev experience preferred but not required
