Responsibilities and Duties
- Write and develop copy for performance-driven marketing initiatives, including paid social media, email campaigns, and various digital assets.
- Collaborate with designers, fellow copywriters, and cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that ensure brand consistency and boost consumer engagement.
- Work independently when necessary, managing multiple writing assignments and meeting deadlines while delivering high-quality content that aligns with the brand.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all marketing channels, ensuring clarity and impact in both digital and offline media.
- Tailor your copy to fit different platforms, adjusting the messaging to maximize engagement based on the medium.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning, contributing creative ideas and insights that align with brand and marketing objectives.
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Optimize and refine copy based on performance data and feedback to continually improve effectiveness.

- A versatile writer possessing experience in advertising and branding, or an eagerness to learn, who is capable of producing content across multiple platforms while tailoring the messaging to suit specific channels.

Skills and preferred qualifications
- Proven experience as a Brand Copywriter, ideally with a mix of brand and marketing copywriting experience a minimum of 2-3 solid years
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, particularly paid social media and email campaigns.
- Ability to write in various styles and tones, adapting your voice to suit different marketing objectives.
- Ability to sell the value proposition or the brand in the market
- Excellent communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
- A creative, results-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently when required.
- A portfolio showcasing your ability to write compelling, performance-driven copy across multiple platforms
