- They ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and processing orders.
- The role also involves maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and adhering to service level expectations for quality and performance.
职位要求
- Completed 2 years in college / vocational / associate degree
- Must have 1 year of CSR experience handling Financial Accounts OR 2 years of CSR experience supporting General/Generic Customer Service Accounts
- Willing to work onsite (Pasay City)
- Night Shift / Shifting schedule
- Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)
