The maximum payment period is 180 days. For example:

• Employee A has been employed for 30 days, the reward is $15.
• Employee A has been employed for 60 days, the reward is $15.
• Employee A has been employed for 90 days, the reward is $15.
• Employee A has been employed for 120 days, the reward is $15.
• Employee A has been employed for 150 days, the reward is $15.
• Employee A has been employed for 180 days, the reward is $15.
• The total maximum reward is $90 per person. 

The company needs to recruit 100 people.

Details of the positions being recruited can be referred to other positions of the company.
